  We installed a dual-stage Carrier A/C through Tyler Heating & Cooling this summer. The unit is performing very well (we particularly appreciate how it can run the lower-energy dehumidifying cycle) and they worked with us on finding the right unit for our space (and not upselling to a more complicated / expensive unit) and securing various rebates / incentives. We've also had them out for repairs / maintenance on older units and have found their techs to be very well informed and responsive. Recommend their services for your HVAC needs.

  I highly recommend Tyler heating & cooling. They provide a quick professional service with a reasonable price. They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. I turned off my water heater gas line and couldn't light the heat anymore and we were without hot water. I called them after their normal business hours and Kevin walked me through over the phone and helped me to turn it back on as a courtesy.

  This company gets five stars from us!  David, who saved us from the heat today, was extremely polite, knowledge and professional. They’ve come to our place twice for central air issues. Both times the technician arrived promptly, found and repaired the issue very quickly.  I have recommended Tyler Heating and Cooling to friends in the past and they have shared similar experiences.   I couldn't be more pleased with Tyler heating and cooling! My furnace quit last night, so I called first thing this morning. They surprised me and knew who I was since I had previously used them! They made me feel like a priority and had David come by before 10am. David was friendly, knowledgeable, and had my furnace fixed in no time! The price was especially reasonable!   I had a great experience with Tyler Heating and Cooling today. Last night (Thursday) my furnace quit around 8:00pm. I sent a message thru Tyler’s website, with every intention to call to follow up first thing in the morning. It was a fairly warm night and I have a wood stove so this wasn’t an emergency, but cold temps were coming for the weekend and I really wanted to get it done before then.

At 8:00 am I got a call from Kevin asking if I could be their 1st stop this morning? I was so thrilled. The Tech (I’m sorry, I’m old and have completely forgotten your name, but you know who you are) arrived at 9:00.

He was polite, efficient, knew exactly what he was doing, and the dog liked him!

And best of all the price was so reasonable!
